When will I get my results?

In most cases your results will be emailed to you the next day.

How do you ship products?

The assessment results are sent to you via email. Materials which cannot be emailed (Booklets, DVDs) are shipped U.S. Postal Service Second Day to clients in the Continental United States. If you are outside the Continental United States these materials will be mailed US Postal Service First Class mail.

Why should I take these assessments online?

Taking the assessments online is easy and convenient. It gives you the opportunity to take them anytime. You will receive your results via email.

What’s the difference between these assessments and those available free online?

Unlike some facsimiles, often found online, the assessments offered by career-intelligence.com are the same tools used by career counselors and coaches around the world. We offer some of the most popular and reliable tools available.

Why do I need a consultation with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?

Unlike facsimiles you will find, particularly online, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychological tool not a game. The MBTI can be administered only by a trained and licensed professional and must be accompanied by a consultation.

It’s important that you go over your results with a professional who can answer any questions.

Who will my consultation be with?

Right now, Annette Richmond does all consultations. She has a MA in Psychology and is trained and licensed to administer the MBTI.

What if I can’t make my consultation?

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24-hours in advance. Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Consultations that begin late, due to client’s tardiness, will not be extended. “No show” appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice will be billed at the normal rate.
