Career Assessment Matrix
While many people think of assessments as career-planning tools they have a variety of uses. The Strong Interest Inventory® can also be used to help you get ahead in your current career or choose your college major. The TKI® can help you recognize and adjust your conflict resolution styles.
Other instruments, like the MBTI® can help you appreciate how you interact with others and the world at large. Learning about your conflict resolution, communication and leadership styles can help you become a better communicator and a more effective leader.
